High Corn Aspect: Lovely golden orange Nose: Fruits being stewed for making jam. Caramelized tarte tatin with ripe apples and pears. Palate: Fiery opening with fresh tropical fruits like pineapple, orange and lemon. A dry spicy finish. High Rye Aspect: Bright amber orange Nose: Rich and deep. Cherries steeped in brandy and liqueur chocolates. Palate: Rich and deep as with the nose with a big powerful attack. Peppery with good tannins without any bitterness. High Islay Aspect: Golden orange Nose: Notes of varnish, orange and grapefruit peel, different nuts, figs and dates. Palate: Delicious hint of smoky peat with a silky sensation full of deep rich notes of dried fruits. A touch of sweetness with well integrated tannins.
